Machines emit state every cycle

Industrial machines transmit operational state continuously. Most of that signal never leaves the controller. OXKERN reads each frame, resolves the state transitions, and stores them as structured telemetry on the edge.

Frame corruption at startup

Ignition sequences generate electromagnetic interference that corrupts protocol frames on the wire. OXKERN suspends polling at the pre-ignition state and resumes at transfer. Clean frame every cycle, on any machine whose startup creates noise on the line.

Degradation has a curve

Industrial components degrade along a measurable curve. OXKERN tracks sensor channels against a continuously learned baseline. Statistical deviation triggers a warning before the threshold becomes a failure.

Process parameters are measurable

Most parameters come from operator habit. OXKERN runs Bayesian optimization across the parameter space and stores the result as a named process. Same output every operator, every shift.

Multi-channel EMA anomaly detection across temperature, pressure, flow, and current sensors. Deterministic, auditable, sub-millisecond compute per cycle. No neural network, no training data, no cloud inference.

Process simulator: run any machine's full cycle without engaging the physical process. Train operators, validate new parameters. Zero material consumed, zero risk.

Unsafe parameter combinations caught before they reach actuation. Configuration cross-referenced against known hazard conditions. Auto-corrects, logs the event, alerts the operator.

Protocol watchdog: consecutive failed reads kill the connection and reset the state machine within a deterministic window. Clean recovery, logged and timestamped.

Machine parameter libraries indexed by material, process, and operating condition. Parameters available on the first job, with no months of manual entry.
